Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating a Vyue account, listing a creator profile, or otherwise using Vyue, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use Vyue.

2. What Vyue is

Vyue is a discovery platform for AI-native creators. Creators list their Instagram and TikTok accounts so brands can find and evaluate them. Vyue shows public creator data, lets any signed-in user save creators they're interested in, and lets brands register contact interest in a creator.

Vyue does not currently offer payments, escrow, contracts, campaign management, content delivery, or dispute resolution between brands and creators. See section 8 for what that means for you.

3. Accounts

You need a Vyue account (currently via Google sign-in) to save creators, list a creator, or register contact interest. You're responsible for what happens under your account. One person may hold a creator account, list on behalf of brands, or both — Vyue does not require you to pick a single role.

4. Listing a creator

If you list a creator profile, you confirm that you're authorized to connect the Instagram/TikTok account(s) attached to it, and that the information you submit — bio, niches, country, commercial rates, contact details — is accurate and kept up to date. You keep ownership of your content and social accounts; listing on Vyue gives us a license to display that information (and any public metrics we calculate from it) on the platform, and nothing more.

Vyue may remove or decline to publish a listing at our discretion — including for inaccurate information, inactive or disconnected accounts, or misuse of the platform.

5. Using Vyue as a brand or visitor

Saving a creator or clicking Contact registers your interest — it does not create any agreement between you and that creator, and Contact does not yet connect you directly with them. We'll notify accounts that register contact interest once direct contact is available.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, bulk-export, or systematically harvest creator data from Vyue;
• List a creator profile you're not authorized to represent, or submit false information;
• Use contact details obtained through Vyue for unsolicited bulk outreach or resale;
• Interfere with, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the platform.

7. Data accuracy and no warranty

Follower counts, engagement rates, and other metrics come from third-party platform APIs and Vyue's own calculations (labeled as such throughout the product) — we don't independently verify every number and can't guarantee accuracy. Vyue is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the extent allowed by law.

8. Vyue's role

Vyue helps brands and creators find each other. Any negotiation, contract, payment, content production, delivery, or dispute between a brand and a creator is solely between them — Vyue is not a party to it, does not mediate it, and is not liable for it. Nothing on Vyue is an endorsement of a listed creator or a guarantee of any outcome from contacting one.

9. Your data

We store what you and connected accounts submit — profile details, saved creators, and event data about how you use Vyue — to run the product and understand what's working. Anonymous visitors aren't tracked with cookies or persistent identifiers; signed-in activity is tied to your account. We don't sell your data.

10. Termination

You can stop using Vyue and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violating these Terms, or remove a listing that no longer meets our publishing requirements.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Vyue isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, or from any dealings between brands and creators arranged off the back of it.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Vyue evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated effective date; continued use after a change means you accept the update.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Vyue's place of operation.
